1. The double tunnels are horizontal distribution, and the products in two tunnels are moving in opposite direction. The waste heat in one tunnel can preheat the products in another tunnel, thus the waste heat can be sufficient used, and the energy can be saved 25-45% than single tunnel.
2. The push plate are circulated automatically, and controlled by PLC.
3. The double tunnels furnace has features of low investment, high capacity, high temperature uniformity etc, which is the most popular furnace in domestic and abroad.
